ABL group ballroom/ social dance classes are offered in a casual friendly atmosphere.
We tend to keep our classes not too large in order for instructors to provide as much personal attention as possible in a group setting.
Wear your comfortable clothes and shoes.
We recommend to wear "dance shoes" for the best dancing experience.
Dance shoes are not just for professional dancers, but rather they are really comfortable for dancing, help to feel the floor, and not worry about hurting feet.

Both SINGLES and COUPLES are welcome.
Our instructors have extensive experience working with beginners and seasoned dancers.
Whether you are learning to salsa or foxtrot, or any other dance styles, with or without a partner, in our private dance lessons, you will receive one-on-one personalized instruction from your teacher according to your interests, needs and goals.
Private lessons that are tailored to you, we also offer some ballroom group classes and parties, which give you the opportunities to practice your dancing in a supportive social setting before you hit "the real world."
Both SINGLES and COUPLES are welcome.
