Shirley Van started her studio more than 60 years ago, and has been providing quality and affordable dance instruction ever since. Here at Shirley Van's our students' progress is our first priority. Our goal is to provide each student with the best possible dance training in a fun and nurturing environment. We help them develop self-esteem, self-confidence, self-discipline, and a true love for the performing arts.
We emphasize proper technique - our students do not just learn choreography for a dance, they become dancers! Footing the bill for your child's extra-curricular activities can get expensive. At Shirley Van's Dance Studio we offer fundraising opportunities where the revenue your child earns is applied to their own personal account which offsets the costs of costumes, dancewear and lessons.
Your child will love having the chance to perform at recitals and other events. In addition, there are competition opportunities that are offered "studio wide". Shirley Van has been instrumental raising the visibility of the art of dance to the Greater Green Bay area.
