ATTITUDE: The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, gift, or skill. I began taking dance lessons at the early age of 4 in Phoenix, AZ and continued with my passion through High School and College.
Performing with the Arizona Repertory Theatre in "Pippin" and "The King and I" helped my staging background.
Since 1981, I became an accredited member of "Dance Masters of Arizona."
I started teaching when I was 16, and worked at "Spisak Dance Academy" (6 years), "Betty Johnson School of Dance" (10 years) and in Albuquerque, NM at "Alwin's School of Dance" (2 years).
Completing a dream of mine, I moved to Prescott over 25 years ago to open my own studio to finalize my DREAM!

Tap Dancing- is a form of dance characterized by a tapping sound that is created from metal plates that are attached to both the ball and heel of the dancer's.
Tap dance was born in the United States during the 19th century, and today is popular all around the world.
The name comes from the tapping sound made when the small metal plates on the dancer's shoes touch a hard floor.
This lively, rhythmic tapping makes the performer not just a dancer, but also a percussive musician.
The majority of hoofers, such as Sammy Davis Jr., Savion Glover, and Gregory Hines, are black dancers.
