In 2014, the co-owner and Mrs. Kellis husband, Jonathan, passed away from a very tough battle with cancer. Jonathan was also the father to 3 year old, Cameron and 7 year old, Cayden. Kelli and her staff have been sharing their love of the arts with generations of accomplished dancers for over 20 years now! KDX dancers, paired with Art Thru Muvment, performed as the Opening act for Z104 Shaggfest and most recently performed at the Richmond Raceway.
Our dancers have been accepted into the Governors School for the Arts, VCU Dance Dept, Longwood Dance, and more. They have also worked for organizations such as Busch Gardens and the NFL. At Kelli's Dance Explosion, we believe in quality, not quantity. We are ready to prepare your dancer for the future while building grace, poise, discipline, and respect.
KDX has a long history of involvement in local communities. We are committed to positively contributing to Toys for Tots and many other charitable organizations.
