Located in Menlo Park, Dance Expressions offers quality dance classes for students ages 3 - young adult, with all levels of ability. Founded by Maryanne Fernandez-Richardson and Danielle Fernandez, Dance Expressions strives to create a positive, upbeat, and inspiring learning environment where students can express themselves, be creative, and fall in love with the amazing art of dance!
At Dance Expressions one never stops learning; our students are always growing, not only as a dancer, but as a person as well. Services
NOTE: Each family will be required to pay an annual $25 non-refundable studio fee that will be due by the dancer's 2nd week of class.
This is due from all families regardless of the dancer's start time - starting classes at the beginning of the year, a few weeks into the year, middle of the year, etc.
T-shirts, tank tops and leotards are acceptable, along with leggings, Spandex dance shorts, and dance pants.
Pre-K - 2nd Grade can go barefoot in class, but they will need jazz shoes for the end-of-the-dance-year performance.
This is due from all families regardless of the dancer's start time - starting classes at the beginning of the year, a few weeks into the year, middle of the year, etc.

Self expression is encouraged as children glide, hop, skip, and leap across the dance floor.

Please wear appropriate dance attire such as leotards along with dance skirts, jazz shorts, or leggings.
Please no baggy clothing or long skirts/dresses.
Students should have their hair pulled back into ponytails.
Make friends, explore movement, and develop dance skills.
Dancers will learn the basics of jazz dance through fun activities and dance combinations.
