STUDIO D is one of our newest additions.
This room features our signature "Black Box" vibe, and is equipped with stage style lighting.
Studio D may fit up to 35 people and is available for rental starting at $60 per hour.
THE THEATER is our largest room yet!
This room features extra high ceilings and mood lighting, great for creative camera work.

Born and raised in Miami, Susie earned her B.F.A in Dance from New World School of the Arts/University of Florida.
While attending school, she was chosen to be part of the Miami Heat Dancers where she danced and choreographed for 6 years (2002-2008).
Today, the Heat organization holds a special place in Susie's heart as she continues to guest choreograph for the Miami Heat Dancers and eagerly holds a Championship ring.
Susie became the assistant choreographer for the Marlin Mermaids in 2004.
She always loved the stage, live performances, and she has performed with various artists such as Chino y Nacho, Daddy Yankee, Chayanne, Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Will Smith, Chris Brown and more.
