BallroomU's Private Lessons are 40 minutes of focused, prepared one-on-one (or couple) instruction. These lessons can be scheduled at your convenience, as our instructors have flexible schedules that can coordinate with yours. We specialize in American style Ballroom & Latin, as well as social Latin and various styles of Swing. Whether you are looking to get ready for a special event, compete or just have fun- BallroomU has got you covered!
While you may learn new dances & material through group classes, they are mainly designed to help you absorb technique & patterns taught to you by your private instructor. After all, the key to learning is "repetition, repetition, repetition!" You'll not only receive added exposure to our curriculum, but you'll gain extra practice time, while meeting new people!
BallroomU hosts two practice parties per week, catering to all levels of dance. The parties are 45 minutes to 1.5 hours long, with instructors present to help you whenever you need it! These parties are included as part of your dance program, giving you extra practice time, as well as the opportunity to dance with students in different levels!

BallroomU encourages students to make the proper accommodations to attend their lessons as scheduled.
Students who cancel their private lesson no less than 24 hours in advance are assessed no penalty.
Students are highly encouraged to reschedule at the time of cancellation.
Students who cancel their private lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled start are assessed the full lesson fee.
If calling to cancel, your lesson is not confirmed cancelled until you receive a reply from a BallroomU staff member.
