You should be salsa dancing! Salsa is a fantastic way to have fun, meet new people, build your confidence, and even get some exercise in the process. Tampa has a great social dancing scene, but you'll need some help to look good on the dance floor. Our Intro class is the best way to get started! Already an experienced salsa dancer? We also offer more advanced levels.
One of our knowledgeable instructors can dance with you before class to see where you belong. Salsa is more than steps and turn patterns. We've developed a systematic approach to teaching that will ensure you have a solid dance foundation which includes correct timing, lead/follow technique, turning technique, body movement, and styling. We give you the skills to social dance with anyone and look good doing it!
We make it easy to fit salsa classes into your busy lifestyle. Some schools make you wait until a certain date to start a progressive course, and then you have to come every week or you'll miss material and have to make it up another time.

We recommend investing in a pair of jazz shoes, dance sneakers, or ballroom shoes for class, however it is not required.
If you don't have dance shoes, then a leather sole is preferable to rubber.
Please do not wear flip flops or open-back shoes, as they are very difficult to dance in.
Dance shoes are available for purchase at the studio.
Yes, please book your classes in advance each time you attend, preferably at least 2 hours before your class starts.
This helps speed up the check-in process for everyone and allows us to notify students in the event of any last-minute class changes or cancellations.
