ECHO School of Dance is a state-of-the-art studio providing meaningful dance education for all ages and abilities. We are located off of Overland Road between Maple Grove and Five Mile. We offer multiple programs and classes. Our Conservatory of Dance includes beginning, intermediate and advanced levels in ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop and more. In addition we offer dance classes for adults and an innovative program for individuals with special needs called DevelopMentalTM Dance.

Echo School of Dance was founded in 2011 by Echo Waldron-Noble.
We provide unique and meaningful dance education for all ages and abilities, including a curriculum of pre-professional ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop.
The focus is to educate and build a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance through individual involvement and exploration.
Our goal is to enhance creativity, promote self-discipline, and build skills and confidence to meet everyday life challenges.
To accomplish this we offer dynamic and constantly evolving programs that increase awareness and create an audience for the art of dance through participation and community involvement.

As a full-time pre-professional conservatory of dance, our skilled staff will provide instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and modern for all ages at a level above what is currently found in our area.
Because the quality of dance instruction is important to us, we will keep our class sizes small for a low teacher-to-student ratio to keep the instruction focused and intimate.
The dance education curriculum at Echo School of Dance is designed to teach students with the goal of professional or collegiate level of dance as well as those who are dancing for recreational purposes.

Our students are required to follow a dress code during class time.

Preparatory 1 - Any style plain buttercup yellow leotard without skirt attached, separate buttercup yellow skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, black tap shoes.
Preparatory 2 - Any style plain seafoam green leotard without skirt attached, separate seafoam green skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, black tap shoes.
Our focus is to provide the best instruction possible and there are fewer distractions when students looks professional and are uniform with each other.

Conservatory students must enroll in a minimum of one semester; however, we strongly recommend commitment to both semesters to gain proper development and progression.
If interested in performing in our Spring 2022 Recital, enrollment in Semester 2 is mandatory.
Private, group, ballroom, and swing classes are available upon request and instructor availability.

ECHO School of Dance has competition teams based on skill level.
Being a part of one of the teams at ESD is a wonderful experience for students to learn teamwork, gain responsibility, build self confidence, and increase stage presence by getting multiple performance opportunities throughout the year.
Dancers also gain deeper exposure to the broader dance world through competitions and conventions, and experience the joy of winning awards including trophies and potentially scholarships.
Private or small group audition times are available upon request.
