EQUILIBRIUM Dance Academy strives to offer our students the best dance education that promotes personal growth and self-confidence. We focus on the needs of our students and direct students to understand and appreciate dance. Through creative activity and artistic expression we provide our students with a challenging and fun dance education. Our studio will give students the opportunity to develop physically, artistically and emotionally.
All of our instructors have degrees in dance, in a college dance program or have professional experience in the dance industry. With our staff's expertise our students are ensured to have success with all dance activities. Angelica Spilis also known as "Spicy"is the Artistic Director of Equilibrium Dance Academy. She is a Philadelphia native who studied dance at Temple University in the Boyer College of Music and Dance where she received her BFA (2012) and MA (2015) degrees in dance.
Her Masters of Arts degree included many choreographed works and her written thesis called Dancing With Arthritis where she created a Somatics-based dance class for dancers who have arthritis.

Services
Each month's tuition is due by the 1st class of each month.
If tuition is not paid by the 10th then you will also be charged a $20 late fee for late tuition payments.
If any emergency occurs and you cannot pay the tuition on time, please notify the office manager.
If your child will be absent from class there are no refunds for missed classes, but your child is welcome to come to a different class to make up for the class that was missed.
If the studio needs to cancel classes due to extreme weather conditions, we will schedule make-up classes or hold classes online via Zoom.

Large Studio: 1,225 SF, sprung grey marley floor, Sonos Sound System and Aux plug in Speaker.
NOTE: A deposit must be paid to reserve the space.
The deposit is half of the total cost of your rental(s).

The second payment is due 3 days before your rental.
