The Vaganova Method is a ballet technique devised by the Russian dancer Agrippina Vaganova. It is designed to involve the whole body in every movement, with equal attention paid to the upper body, legs and feet. This approach increases consciousness of the body, thus creating a harmony of movement and greater expressive range. The journey for the young dancer starts with the wonder, curiosity and joy of the discovery something new.

The guiding principle of Cincinnati Dance Academy is to take kids curiosity and teacher's knowledge and open the door to the world of dance and art. The result is a confident, creative, graceful and self-disciplined person who is positive and successful in life. For 20+ years our ballet school and teachers have been leaders in ballet education. Our instructors and choreographers are leaders in the dance industry.

Focus on education. We only attend quality, nationally recognized competitions. We promote a positive culture and learning environment for all dancers.
