Joni's Dance Studio is in its 29th year of serving the Bulverde/Spring Branch Area. It is a family owned business whose owner, Joni Kellar, has personally taught thousands of students to achieve success not only in dance, but in their personal growth as well. We offer classes for students ages 2 and up in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, stretch/contortion and acro.
We open our doors and arms to offer programs for all levels of dance, from the beginning and recreational dancer, to the intermediate competition level for those who want more without full commitment, as well as an intensive full competition dance program for the advanced level dancer. It is the goal of Joni's Dance Studio to provide its students with an excellence in training to develop mental and physical STRENGTH, while promoting INTEGRITY and a PASSION for dance.

BDP COMPETITIVE Company is the minimal commitment competition team option unique to Joni's Dance Studio.
The goal of the company is to be an introduction to the competitive world of dance for younger or inexperienced dancers.
Older and more experienced dancers with other commitments in their schedule but would like to still compete are also welcomed to our competitive company.
Dancers must attend monthly company master classes and have the opportunity to attend dance conventions.
Dancers will be required to take 1-2 classes each week relating to style of group dance they are placed in.
The goal of the company is to be an introduction to the competitive world of dance for younger or inexperienced dancers.

STUDIOS: Joni's Dance Studio is proud to offer our dancers a state of the art training facility.
Our studio currently has 3 Studios, a Waiting Room Lobby, Restrooms, Front Office & Large Outdoor Fenced In Playground.
Sprung Dance Floor- While most other studios offer only a "floated floor" we have invested the money into our dance flooring to ensure the highest quality possible for our dancers.
A sprung floor is specifically designed to prevent injuries common to dancers by elevating the floors off the ground level using the same technology as the NBA.
Our studio currently has 3 Studios, a Waiting Room Lobby, Restrooms, Front Office & Large Outdoor Fenced In Playground.

Certain classes have skill requirements and/or additional class requirements.
Please make sure to enroll in the proper class for your dancer.
Should any dancer be placed in an incorrect class, your dancer will be moved to the correct class and you notified by email of these changes.

We also offer speciality classes: Boys Acro & Hip Hop, Dance Team Prep, Aerial Silks & Adult Classes.
We do not require class specific uniforms!
We believe it is important for your dancer to feel comfortable in our studio and express their unique personalities.
We do ask that you follow the following simple guidelines.
Acro: any form fitting dance/gymnastics attire (leotards, sports bra, booty shorts, fitted tank tops, leggings).
NO baggy clothing or t-shirts.
Hair must be pulled back.
Hip Hop: any dance attire-dancers are encouraged to bring a pair of sweatpants to use for floor work.
We do not require class specific uniforms!

There is a $55.00 registration fee for the 1st child and $10.00 for each additonal child due upon registration.
The registration fee is due on an annual basis.
Tuition is set at the time of registration and can be paid by cash, check, and debit/credit card.
Automatic payments can be set up to run on the 1st of every month.
We can accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
