Services
We're only 7 minutes from Short Pump Town Center and directly across from the Food Lion shopping center.
Our studios offer a marley covered, suspended wooden floor in Stuido I and wood sprung floor in Studio II, therefore providing our dancers with a safe dancing environment.
We use floor to ceiling mirrors to help students see and make corrections.
Our lobbies include a monitor into the studio, allowing parents to easily observe their dancer's entire class, if they choose.
Dance became part of Lauren's life at the young age of 5 and has remained a love ever since.
For their safety and to prevent injuries, students more than 10 minutes late to any class will not be permitted to dance and asked to participate in class via observation.
All weather-related closures are done on a class by class basis.
Students will be notified of closures by 2 PM via email, outgoing phone messages, NBC12 & CBS6 closings, and/or on our website.
Please read the instructions carefully before beginning the online registration process.
If you have questions or would prefer to register over the phone, via email, or with our Printable Registration Form please contact us at 804.938.3243 or dance@aspiretodance.com.
NOTE: Registrations received after September will include the $45 non-refundable registration fee, the current month's tuition, and 50% of monthly tuition that is applied to June's instruction.
The 50% tuition that is applied to June must be made as a separate one time tuition payment in addition to the first month's tuition and registration fee.
The mission of Aspire Dance Ensemble (ADE), a division of Aspire Dance Academy, is to provide driven, dedicated, and passionate dancers ages 7+ with acute technical dance education while enhancing their exposure to artistic expression through performance opportunities.
Dancers who are selected and invited to be part of the Aspire Dance Ensemble, will enhance their dance training by participating in weekly ADE ballet technique classes in addition to weekly studio classes.
ADE dancers will have exclusive rehearsals for performance opportunities, representing Aspire Dance Academy in a variety of performance venues.
Why are students not permitted to dance in class if they are more than 10 minutes late to class?
Every dance class begins with a warm up that is used not only for instructional purposes, but most importantly, to prepare a dancers body for higher impact activities later in the class.
While we understand extenuating circumstances happen, our primary focus is a dancer's safety.
As is typical in most dance classes, students who arrive more than 10 minutes late and, therefore miss some or all of the warm up, are welcomed into class but asked to participate via observation rather than dancing in order to avoid possible injuries.
