We offer Nightclub dances to traditional Ballroom dances.
Ballroom includes dances such as Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero, Mambo, Swing, Paso Doble, Jive, and Samba.
Salsa refers to a fusion of informal dance styles having roots in the Caribbean (especially in Cuba and Puerto Rico), Latin and North America.
The dance originated through the mixture of Mambo, Danzn, Guaguanc, Cuban Son, and other typical Cuban dance forms.
There is a strong African influence in the music as well as the dance.

Students should join this class at the beginning of the calendar month as each week they will progress building off the last class.
We have Salsa 1 classes on fridays at 8:30pm.
Class curriculum will alternate each month between 1A and 1B.
We suggest picking one class and sticking with it for the entire month to help with consistency.
This depends solely on the student but most can expect to stay in level one for at least 4 months (each class twice).
For those eager to move quicker through the process we offer private instruction with any of our instructors to help trouble shoot and give you a more customized learning experience.
