Services
Founded in 1996 by Alina Lanza, Just Dance It! opened its doors with two instructors in a modest small location at the Hammocks.
In 2004, Just Dance It! acquired Heidi & Joe Melchiona's Dance Center then located at 12721 SW 42nd street.
Alina had studied with Heidi and Joe for 11 years and when it came time for them to retire, they turned to Alina to continue their mission.
Today Just Dance It! has grown into a highly successful and well-respected dance studio.
What sets this studio apart from the rest is a team of young, highly energetic professional instructors who are loyal, dedicated, and committed to each individual student.

Students shall be punctual to all classes.
If late more than 15 minutes, the Teacher has the right not to accept the student in class.
Coming in the classroom while class is conducted disrupts the Teacher.
Please be considerate and try to be on time.
If classroom doors are locked, please report to the front desk and a clerk or assistant will take student to class.
We encourage students to attend their regularly scheduled classes, however, we understand that emergencies do occur and they may miss some classes.

Costume selections are decided by the school administration and do not include shoes and/or stockings.
Because most costumes are manufactured out of state, it is necessary to place our orders well in advance.
The price information for your child's costume will be provided by their dance teacher.
Any student whose costume(s) is not paid in full by the deadline will not be able to participate in the recital.
Costumes will be given out at the beginning of May.
Therefore, please claim your costume at the time that your May tuition payment is made.

Our goal at Just Dance It! is to provide a safe environment for your children this summer while having fun and learning different modalities of dance.
Camp is open to students ages 3 to 16.
While we mostly concentrate on technique, students will also be allowed to choreograph their own dances and perform for the rest of the camp.
The following classes will be offered in camp: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Flamenco, Lyrical, and Acro.
We strongly recommend dance camp for new students who wish to audition for the competition team and those who wish to improve on their techniques.

Students are picked based on technique, stage presence, and very importantly physical appearance.
Team members represent the school, and as such, we expect them to look their best during the regular school year and in any event where they perform.
This includes wearing the appropiate dance attire when attending class as well as keeping their hair neat, properly brushed and properly done.
