At Magnify Dance Center, our mission is to nurture students to achieve their fullest potential by providing comprehensive dance training, education and performance opportunities built on a strong foundation of classical ballet. Our vision is to be the premiere pre-professional training facility for classical ballet and contemporary dance in the state of New Mexico.
The desire of each of our Faculty is to instill the skills and demeanor necessary for each of our dancers to achieve their goals. We desire to see our graduates move on to dance companies & college dance programs and/or remain avid dance lovers and supporters. I want to commend all the wonderful teachers my daughter has had through the years. She would not be where she is without the love, guidance and support from all the Magnify team.

Services
In order to best meet the needs of all of our students, we give considerable care and attention to the placement of each dancer.
Students aged eight and older with previous ballet training are asked to take a placement class to determine the program and level of study best suited to their abilities.
A student's strength, physical development, effort, mastery of material, maturity, attendance record and artistic development as assessed by her or his teacher(s) and the Artistic Director are all factors on which we base advancement through our school.

Children learn to follow the gentle physical lead of their teacher, and to funnel their desire to dance into actual skill.
Posture and traditional class etiquette begins from the moment they step into class.
Music played in class ranges from classical piano ballet music to symphonic and Disney.
A 30-minute class for ages 2-4 years.
Guided by our faculty, parents will assist their young dancer in foundational aspects of classical ballet class, including posture, placement and stretching.
This is a fun and interactive way to introduce your little one to the world of dance.
Posture and traditional class etiquette begins from the moment they step into class.
Music played in class ranges from classical piano ballet music to symphonic and Disney.
A 30-minute class for ages 2-4 years.
Guided by our faculty, parents will assist their young dancer in foundational aspects of classical ballet class, including posture, placement and stretching.

Our Junior Division allows for growth and greater knowledge of placement and the mechanics behind how every step is performed.
Dancers will be challenged, encouraged and motivated to grow in placement, technique and artistry.
Our ballet faculty members have collective decades of experience and share the belief that ballet technique should be taught with a foundation in correct mechanics and placement, building on the basics to incorporate beauty, strength and performance.
As dancers advance, personal artistry, musicality and presentation are strongly emphasized, with athleticism being every bit as important to the ballet experience as elegance and grace.
Dancers will be challenged, encouraged and motivated to grow in placement, technique and artistry.
