This is a studio where best friends are made, etiquette and self-discipline are taught, and students learn and build skills that they can carry with them throughout life's journey.
At Castle Rock Dance Academy, proper technique, modesty, and integrity are held to high standards.
We welcome individuals who choose to dance recreationally as well as those who are interested in pursuing a career in dance.

Castle Rock Dance Academy follows closely with the traditional school schedule.
Our dance season starts mid-August and finishes up with a big recital at the beginning of June.
Registration is open for these classes until December.
We highly encourage students who start the season to complete it.
In January, we feel that it is difficult to take new students into classes that have been meeting together since August.
Therefore, we will open mid-year classes for students who register after December.

Black leotard (any style), pink ballet tights, pink leather ballet shoes (canvas shoes starting in Ballet 1/2).
Black leotard, tan footless (or convertible) tights OR black leotard with dance pants/shorts, half soles or foot undeez.
Students may wear high or low top.

Making Spirits Bright is our optional holiday show geared towards our youngest dancers, age 3-6.
It's an opportunity for them to learn choreography, receive a costume, and perform on stage!
We believe that especially for this age group, performing promotes confidence, creates excitement, and is a tangible milestone for any dancer.
With sweet dances performed by our tiny dancers, and guest performances from our Nutcracker cast and Intermediate Musical Theater, this show is a wonderful part of the most magical time of year!
It's an opportunity for them to learn choreography, receive a costume, and perform on stage!
