Zumba People
We are a group of experienced Zumba instructors who love to dance and have fun with our students. We fell in love with exercise through Zumba and we want to share our passion with you. We've lost weight, relieved stress, and have become healthier, happier people by adding Zumba to our lives. Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called EXERCISE IN DISGUISE. We see so many students having a blast while losing weight. They tell us that Zumba is THE ONE AND ONLY workout that they can't wait to do time and time again.

I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Zumba helped me lose 40 pounds and make amazing friends. Zumba is my therapy so I can handle a busy schedule raising two boys with my loving husband.

You can purchase a Single Class in studio or add a VIP Elite membership at Fit Factory to your current membership.
Members will continue to enjoy our full Zumba schedule live online, on demand with Zumba Rewind and our special outdoor classes.
The VIP Elite Membership at the gym includes all group classes in all studios (Group FIT, Mind Body, Cycle and Rowing), full use of cardio area and free weights, kids club, towel service, sauna, tanning, multi-club visits and one guest every time you come.
There are no wrong moves - just unexpected solos!
As long as you're moving and keeping your heart rate up, you're doing it right!
Come to class with an open mind.
Be ready to sweat, move, and shake what your mama gave you! Relax and focus on having fun.
Still feeling a bit uncoordinated?
Focus on your legs.
Focusing on just following the leg movements will ensure you still get an effective workout (we promise).
After a while, you'll feel more comfortable with adding arm movements.
It's important to know when to take a break.
