Our mission is to meet the learning needs of each dancer we serve while ensuring age appropriate and progressive instruction in the art of dance. The Dance Company {of Ocala} offers a comprehensive learning environment where students from 2 years old through adulthood may participate in Creative Movement, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Hip Hop and Acrobatics classes to enhance physical skills, confidence, and self-esteem.
The Dance Company {of Ocala} offers dance classes for recreational and pre-professional dancers. We offer the opportunity to participate in our elite dance team, The Dance Collective, as well as the opportunity to perform for various events in our local community. Our instructors have extensive dance knowledge, years of teaching experience, and advanced educational degrees in dance.
In addition, our instructors have certifications in American Ballet Theater Instruction with qualified memberships with Dance Educators of America, Inc. and National Dance Education Organization.

The Dance Collective provides many opportunities for dancers, such as, attending workshops, dance conventions, auditions, and competitions with inspiring top choreographers and dancers in the industry.

How does It work?
You will then choose the dance styles your dancer is interested in (do not pay attention to dates or time).
Once you complete the registration process then we will get to work and set up your dancer's unique schedule and send it to you for approval.
We do not publicly post our dance schedule.
If the schedule provided does not work then we will work to determine a class schedule that works for your family.
Please note dancers are placed in classes based on best fit for age, dance style, level of experience and class availability.

Tuition is based on a monthly course fee and not by the individual class or weeks.
Throughout the full dance season there are some months that have 2 classes as well as some that have 3, 4 or 5 classes in a month.
All vacations and holidays have been taken into consideration when determining tuition fees for the entire dance season.

This class is a great starting point into the fascinating world of dance.
Tutu Tots Combo Class: This is a combination class for children 4-6 years old.
The class is focused on fun movement with tactile props, obstacle courses, songs, and instruments.
