We focus on fitness through dance, in a fun and inviting atmosphere, featuring a variety of adult dance classes for a levels. Our studio is located in the Land Park area, close to mid-town, Natomas, Elk Grove, East Sacramento and West Sacramento. Join us at the Park or Join us Online, and get some exercise while having fun dancing to today's hits.

Fitness has never been this fun! Join us outdoors, at William Land Park, for a great workout, great music, and dance fitness routines that are easy to learn and follow. Join our Online Program for some great recorded and live dance fitness classes, and get a great, full body workout.

Jenna Lynn and Kristopher Garcia came up with the idea for a dance fitness program for adults, in September of 2016.
The couple had always been passionate about fitness and getting involved in their community.
Jenna has over 20 years of dance experience, with 10+ years in teaching and choreographing.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in dance at CSUS, and spent four seasons dancing for the Sacramento King's Dance Team.
Kris is a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur and long term fitness advocate.
He is a previous competitor in physique competitions and continues to share his knowledge in health and fitness.
Physique Dance Fitness is made up of high energy, cardio & toning classes that incorporate easy to follow moves, with your favorite music, for a great workout turned dance party!
Take your dance skills to the next level as we build on choreography throughout this 60min class.
Non stop dance cardio infused with plyometric moves & interval training for the ultimate sweat sesh!
Jazz Funk* Please bring a yoga mat as floor work (optional) is typically done in this class.
