Due to the physical nature of pole & dance fitness, we strongly believe in the importance of warming-up. If you are late to class you will not be permitted after the first 5 minute grace period. This is a safety issue. We recommend that you arrive to class 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Effective, sensual warm-ups, conditioning to keep you progressing.

A curriculum to breakdown new movements, a full routine to keep you inspired and a work out to keep you losing inches. 8 weeks of education & conditioning, then we show out! Each level you will learn spins, floor, sexy tricks, and transitions. You want to wear comfortable clothing, shorts are necessary if you want to learn how to climb the poles. We dance in bare feet, socks or sexy heels!

Please do not wear any lotion/oils or jewelry. Twirl 'N Shape Pole Fitness is one of Gwinnett County's hidden gems. Founded in 2016 by instructor and entrepreneur Natasha Davis, the dance studio has been a warm, supportive space for students of all levels ever since.
