We currently require ALL dancers, parents and teachers, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks inside the studios and lobby area. ALL CDC Staff Members are fully vaccinated. We welcome ALL dancers to come to class during Halloween Costume Week in their favorite costume, Halloween outfit, or character! Please be sure your dancer's costume is comfortable to dance in!

Capitol Dance Company has been serving San Jose and the South Bay Area since 1978, educating students two years old to sixty years young in the art of dance.

Miss Leslie has been teaching dance since 1968 and has loved sharing her passion with dancers.
She studied Ballet with Colin Russell (Royal Winnipeg, Irish National Ballet, and Former Ballet Master for the Sadler Wells Opera Ballet).
She began her professional dance career with the Dancers Repertory Theatre in Oakland, CA.
She performed in the Ballets, Les Sylphides, Coppelia, and Swan Lake.
She was the Artistic Director of the Visalia Ballet from 1976 to 1977.
She then founded her own dance studio in 1978, the Ballet Centre.

Termination from parent or guardian must be submitted VIA EMAIL.
The official termination date is the day CDC receives written notice of termination, not the last day of student's attendance.
Registration and payment for our in-person classes must be completed online prior to the class.
If a class closes due to maximum enrollment, a wait list will automatically be generated in our system.
If a spot opens up on the wait list, we will reach out by email.
If a class closes due to maximum enrollment, we cannot guarantee a spot will open on a wait list.
